will be developed on the path to grounding properly in the

at the same time. Hot Yoga will go through the classic hatha
yoga postures in a room heated to 100+ degrees. This class

Intro
to Yoga is for those who are brand new to yoga. This class
introduces yoga history, philosphy and basic poses the first
Saturday of each month, posture alignment on the second Saturday
of each month, breathing and movement the third Saturday of
each month, and a summary plus stress reduction and centering
the fourth Saturday of each month. It's a great primer to
those interested in going to beginner classes.

to yoga basics, improving strength, balance, flexibility and
promoting concentration and self-esteem. Kids should be between
age 7 and 11. Kids may attend regular yoga classes at age
