The word company in
"The Yoga Company" represents company as in 'we're
having company over tonight.' We're an ever growing community
of yoga enthusiasts, here to make a difference in ourselves
and in those around us. We aim to leverage goodness with those
that walk in our doors, sharing with them our vibrant space
and spirited company or "satsang".
What to Expect
People of all shapes, sizes, genders and ages can expect to
attend a variety of class types and formats. We offer several
beginner classes, all-levels classes, intermediate classes,
specialty classes and challenging classes. It is recommended
that first time students attend beginner and all-levels classes
to get a good foundation established.
Come as you are, on an empty stomach,
wear comfortable clothes that breathe and flex, leave your
shoes and keys in our cubbies, borrow a mat and props, show
up and LET GO.
All yoga supplies, clothing and memberships may be purchased
in our retail boutique.
