Directions:

From 680 Fwy go west on Crow Canyon [towards Home Depot,or towards Castro Valley] go to the third light and turn right on Old Crow Canyon [right before Home Depot], then left at the next street which is Ryan Industrial Court. Drive to the end of the street and there are two large office buildings, our building is on the right. Drive to the back of the building and park, and you will see two dark double doors from the parking lot, this is the entrance to The Yoga Company.

From Castro Valley
Take Crow Canyon east towards San Ramon[about 7 Miles] turn left on Old Crow Canyon [just past Home Depot}. Turn left on Ryan Industrial Court[right past the Home Depot driveway]. Drive to the top of the hill there are two office buildings at the end of the cul-de-sac, our building is on the right. Drive to the back of the building. From the parking lot enter the dark double doors directly into The Yoga Company.
